Cala

Calarómen Aclarildë Laurëa Ainarórë was born in Evermeet, heir to House Durothil. Untalented in magic and politics, she revealed Durothil's plots and left. The Church of the Morninglord offered a new life. In time, Cala became favoured by her god, married a human (now dead), and had a child (now estranged). Her actions touched many lives, particularly in Cormyr and Stonelanders. After a lifetime of service, however, she was captured by the Cult of Shar while out on a mission. To stop the ritual they intended to perform, she disavowed Lathander and lost her ability to channel his power.  For a time, the world believed her dead.  Following her rescue by a group of adventurers including her daughter, she now tries to heal, be reconciled with Ivy, and find new ways to carry out Lathander's will.
